  • Plan and deliver tailored support and safety plans.
  • Provide a minimum of two hours of weekly support per service user.
  • Maintain accurate records on the Resident Record Database.
  • Conduct weekly property visits to ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Address and report any incidents of anti-social behaviour.
  • Collaborate with Probation Services and other agencies.
  • Assist service users in managing domestic tasks and life skills.
THE CANDIDATEMust have previous experience in a similar housing support role.
  • Experience in lone working across a wide geographical area.
  • IT literate and confident in maintaining digital records.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and benefits processes.
  • Ability to work with vulnerable individuals and tailor support accordingly.
  • Full access to a vehicle and willingness to travel.
THE CONTRACT
  • 40 working hours per week (35 paid, 5 unpaid lunch).
  • Rotational early and late shifts: 8am–4pm and 2pm–10pm.
  • Occasional Saturday cover, with a Monday off in return.
  • 3-month contract.
  • £17.43 per hour LTD / £14.86 per hour PAYE (inc. holiday).
