Support Worker

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, delivering high-quality care in local care homes in Norwich. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we’d love to hear from you.

Rates and Shifts:

• Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
• Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
• Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
• Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
• Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
• Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
• Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing quality care to residents, addressing both physical and emotional needs.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
• Promoting independence and fostering a supportive, positive atmosphere.
• Adhering to individual care plans and keeping records up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar UK role (support worker, HCA, carer, care assistant).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• A compassionate, empathetic nature.
• Willingness to undergo required compliance checks.
