Your Role:
As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of creating a safe, nurturing environment for adults facing various challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
路Collaborating with the registered manager to maintain a secure and supportive atmosphere.
路Using your qualifications and experience to provide personalised care for adults with unique needs.
路Offering emotional support and guidance to help individuals navigate behavioural and emotional hurdles.
路Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans and strategies.

What We're Looking For:
路NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
路A full UK driving license and access to your own car (due to the location).
路Excellent communication skills to connect with adults from diverse backgrounds.
路Strong behaviour management abilities and a deep understanding of safeguarding.
