We are seeking a dedicated new member of the team to join our client who provide crucial support and intervention services to young people at risk of exploitation across Norfolk. This role is central to their mission of delivering informed services.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Act as a designated member of the team, managing safeguarding concerns and representing the organisation in relation to the young people they work with.
  • Provide robust case management, ensuring high-quality, effective, and safe services.
  • Deliver educational workshops and training to young people and professionals to work towards the prevention of exploitative situations.
  • Manage your own caseload and relationships with colleagues and service users.
  • Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, advocating for young people.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and represent the organisation at events and network meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CSE and the ability to deliver trauma-informed support.
  • Excellent case management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of clients.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills.
  • Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
