Youth Support workers urgently needed in Norwich
We are seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to provide support for young adults within a supported living environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct welfare checks on residents and their living accommodations.

Ensure fire alarms are operational and carry out meter readings.

Accompany young adults to appointments and provide support.

Liaise with social workers, medical professionals, educational institutions, and management.

Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation.

Foster a friendly, approachable relationship, offering a relatable and supportive presence for young people.
Requirements:

Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car.

NVQ Level 3 qualification or a minimum of one year's experience in children's services.

Commitment to working 40 hours per week. Overtime is available
