Youth Support workers urgently needed in Norwich

We are seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to provide support for young adults within a supported living environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct welfare checks on residents and their living accommodations.

  • Ensure fire alarms are operational and carry out meter readings.

  • Accompany young adults to appointments and provide support.

  • Liaise with social workers, medical professionals, educational institutions, and management.

  • Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation.

  • Foster a friendly, approachable relationship, offering a relatable and supportive presence for young people.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car.
