We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Norwich. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students who need extra help.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of learning activities.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Support students with their social and emotional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
