This is a stand-out opportunity to play a key role in driving innovative campaigns and ensuring financial sustainability. £36-£38,000 DOE, Norwich city centre based, M to F 37.5 hours per week.

The day to day
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet financial targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grant funders.
- Plan and manage fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring strong engagement and success.
- Write compelling grant applications and funding proposals.
- Monitor income and expenditure, providing regular reports on performance.
- Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legislation and best practices.
- Work collaboratively across departments to embed fundraising initiatives throughout the organisation.
You will have/be
Essential:
- 3-5 years of experience in fundraising is highly desirable OR corporate/partnerships business development experience may be considered.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of the charity sector and its fundraising challenges.
- Experience managing volunteers and community fundraising initiatives.
- Public speaking experience and confidence in representing an organisation externally.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple income streams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for donor engagement and proposal writing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management.
- Experience in event planning and grant writing.
