Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Women's Specialist Practitioner to provide vital support to women experiencing homelessness, with a focus on helping them secure and sustain safe, stable housing. In this role, you'll join a dedicated team recognised for fostering trusted relationships with women who have faced sexual violence, abuse, and exploitation. The successful candidate will offer gender-sensitive, trauma-informed support to women navigating complex challenges such as mental health issues, isolation, and substance use. Close collaboration with other agencies to address the unique needs of each woman is a key responsibility in this role.
 
Essential:
 
Essential car-user with full clean UK driving license, business insurance and breakdown cover. This post will involve travelling within Norfolk. There may be access to use of the work vehicle.
 
Hours of work:
 
Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week; including occasional early mornings, late evenings and some weekend work to meet client need.
