R13 recruitment are supporting utilities provider in their search for a Fleet Co-ordinator. You will provide integral support on the coordination and maintenance of vehicles and repairs supporting the operational delivery of services and adherence to legislative requirements.

The day to day

  • Organise and book vehicle maintenance, servicing, and MOTs.
  • Administrate vehicle accidents and take ownership of individual incidents.
  • Coordinate / handle all associated vehicle transfers, inspections, breakdowns, defects, deliveries, collection, cancellations, returns and spot checks.
  • Undertaking third party checks / annual driving license checks
  • Invoice processing.
  • Maintain admin systems including fuel card monitoring and control, vehicle trackers, driving infringements, fines, and charges
  • Support vehicle procurement activities in line with expansion of business / contract replacement
  • Administrate risk assessments and method statements in-line with the company H&S procedures.
  • Providing Management information associated with Fleet services as required.

You will have/be

  • Experience in a regulated admin role
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to juggle a busy workload
  • Accuracy with strong attention to detail, even when working under pressure to hit deadlines
  • Problem solving, and able to use initiative
  • Supportive and flexible team member, able to work autonomously
  • Diligence and able to work with highest levels of confidentiality

Desirable

  • Experience in a fleet department or team
  • Experience in vehicle coordination
  • Experience in procurement or purchasing
