Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct RICS Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys for private clients.
- Carry out non-lending valuations, including Help to Buy repayment, Shared Ownership staircasing, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Inheritance Tax (IHT), and matrimonial valuations.

The Person
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualified with experience in RICS Home Survey reports.
- Registered Valuer/VRS qualification is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly to clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
