Sonic Summary

TSA Surveying is seeking Stock Condition Surveyors for a 6-month contract starting in January 2025.
The role involves conducting surveys on flats and houses using asset management software on a tablet device.
Candidates must be a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and have experience in stock condition surveys and EPCs.
This is an outside IR35 role, with payment made per survey completed.
Properties will be located in and around Norwich, and interested candidates can apply with an updated CV.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software
