Were working with a leading broadband provider at the forefront of delivering full fibre connectivity across the UK. As part of their expansion, theyre looking for a skilled Fibre Installation Engineer to join their team and play a key role in connecting communities to high-speed broadband.

Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality fibre installations, ensuring customers are seamlessly connected to the network, and contributing to the companys mission of delivering reliable, future-proof broadband.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install overhead and underground fibre optic cables, termination boxes, routers, and associated equipment.
- Complete internal and external cabling works to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer connections.
- Conduct site surveys to identify requirements for tree cutting, traffic management, and other obstacles to successful installations.
- Ensure all work is documented accurately, including job sheets, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and comply with all company processes and procedures.
Your Skills and Experience:
- SA001 & SA002 qualified (essential).
- IPAF, NRSWA, S7/S8 PIA qualifications (desirable).
- At least 1 year of experience working on fibre networks.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of the Openreach PIA network and fibre installation processes.
