About the role:

As the 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking technical support. With the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, contributing to both individual and team success while honing your technical skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and logging support tickets efficiently.
  • Setting up new users within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Configuring hardware for new users to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Assisting the rest of the support desk team as needed to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
