The Role
- Provide2nd line technical supportvia phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolvehardware/software issues(Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, iManage, iOS).
- Act as anescalation pointfor the 1st Line Service Desk team.
- Manage endpoint devices usingSCCM, Intune, and other tools.
- Ensure compliance, software updates, and liaise with third-party vendors.
- Train and support end-users to enhance their IT experience.
What You Need
- Proven2nd Line IT support experience, ideally in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge ofWindows OS, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
