Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their client in their search for a full-time receptionist. This is a lovely opportunity working within a professional and friendly environment where they pride themselves on providing exceptional service across all areas of business.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers as well as supporting the wider team with general administration tasks. The successful candidate will manage the reception area, always ensure an excellent level of service and a smooth reception.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and professional experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing client documentation and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up and ready for meetings.
  • Support the office manager as and when needed
  • Schedule appointments and oversee the firm's calendar to ensure efficient time management.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming mail, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. However, strong communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in a professional manner is essential, along with excellent organisational and administration skills. You will be required to manage multiple priorities and always ensure confidentiality and GDPR.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of 25,000.
