**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical issues on factory equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and safety checks in accordance with industry standards.
- Work closely with the production team to improve machine reliability and performance.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and technical issues.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies and provide solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations related to health, safety, and environment.
**Requirements**:
- Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Minimum 16th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- Proven experience in a factory maintenance role (or similar environment / sector
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the role.
- Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
