We are recruiting for aMaintenance Supervisorto join our busy depot in Norwich. Ideally the successful candidate will have a good knowledge of trailer maintenance.

Responsibilities:

To assist in cost effectively managing the maintenance of the trailer fleet.

1) Based in the offices in Norwich, the emphasis will be on the analysis of invoices, working with internal and external workshops to ensure cost effective maintenance.

2) Assist with managing customers requests with the aim of finding the most cost effective resolution.

3) Assist in managing parts suppliers to ensure best prices and service received.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of truck & trailer maintenance
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Supervisory/ team leader skills are a bonus
  • Good administartion and organisational skills

Working hours:

Normal working hours will be 45 hours per week.

You will normally work on the following days:

Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 to 18.00 with one hour unpaid lunch break.

Holidays to be 22 days plus bank holidays.
