Position: Road Car Technician / Mechanic
Location: Hingham, Norfolk, NR9 4LP

Our record speaks for itself with multiple race wins, including the recent victory in the 2024 Caterham CGRC150 Championship. Were passionate about excellence and are now looking for a skilled Car Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Caterham cars.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
- Assist in the preparation of race cars for race events.
- Set up suspension geometry for road car use.
- Be capable of tyre changing / balancing.
- Assist with logistics if required taking cars to 3rd party specialists, circuits and events.
- Ensure accurate work records are maintained.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Car Technician / Mechanic, ideally but not essentially with performance or racing cars.
- Working knowledge of Caterham cars, or similar high-performance vehicles.
- Expertise in engine diagnostics.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during race season.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- An ability to work on specific race weekends within an agreed calendar.
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential if backed by experience.
- A full UK driving licence ideally with experience of towing trailers or a willingness to learn.
