The Opportunity
We are working on behalf of a forward-thinking automotive service centre in Norwich, who are searching for an enthusiastic Hub Controller to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in workshop control or line management, but it could also be a great next step for a Service Advisor or Technician seeking to take their career to the next level with full training provided and strong prospects for career advancement for individuals who demonstrate the right drive and ambition.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the workflow in the workshops to maximise technician efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Leading customer communication efforts, keeping clients informed throughout their service journey and ensuring any additional work is clearly explained, quoted, and approved.
- Managing a team of Technicians within the service department, ensuring adherence to company and manufacturer standards, while maintaining high levels of staff and customer satisfaction.
