From routine maintenance to complex diagnostics, youll face diverse challenges, including working with state-of-the-art technologies like on-board computers and infotainment systems. More than just technical expertise, youll earn customer trust by breaking down complex issues into simple, clear explanations, ensuring they feel informed and reassured.

Use advanced diagnostic tools to streamline processes and keep job cards clear and organised.
Stay updated on the latest technologies, making repairs more efficient and effective.
Follow manufacturer guidelines, complete repairs promptly, and exceed performance targets.
Conduct electronic health checks, perform quality audits, and ensure additional work opportunities are communicated.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers effectively.
A valid, clean driving licence.
