Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team.

This is a temp to perm role, offering an excellent opportunity for career progression within our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Participate proactively in the accurate picking, unloading, receipt, replenishing/order assembly, despatch, and loading of goods within the Healey and Lord warehouse and logistics operations.
Carry out warehouse duties as instructed and required.
Liaise in a friendly and polite manner with customers and staff as required during the course of your duties.
Assist in maintaining correct stock levels.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable work environment.
Communicate any issues of an operational nature to the warehouse manager in the first instance or to the Managing Director if the warehouse manager is not available.
Actively promote and participate in the smooth running of the warehouse.

Working Hours:

08:00 to 17:00 with ½ an hour for lunch (42.5 hour working week)

Proposed Rates of Pay:

£12.50 per hour

Additional Information:

A flexi forklift licence would be a bonus as we would look to provide this training for a warehouse operative once they are with us on a permanent basis.
