Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and solutions
- Oversee and mentor a team of audit professionals, supporting their professional development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant auditing and financial regulations
- Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience managing audit engagements within a senior role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
