Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion dentifying and resolving audit issues efficiently
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact I
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes
- ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and audit standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
