About the Role:
We're looking for an Accountant to join our clients Finance team. You will play a pivotal role in driving change, identifying risks, and improving financial controls across the business. This position involves streamlining outdated processes, introducing new technologies, and ensuring compliance with key financial standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and enhance current financial processes.
- Develop and implement transformation plans with the Group Management Accountant.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are followed.
- Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Strong understanding of financial controls.
- Proven experience delivering change in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
