- Manage Financial Records: Track and maintain accurate financial data.
- Prepare Reports: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and predict future costs and revenues.
- Tax Compliance: Handle tax payments and ensure adherence to UK tax laws.
- Internal Audits: Review financial records for accuracy and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes for efficiency.
- Close Processes: Oversee month-end and year-end financial close.
- Inter-Company Transactions: Manage financial activities between global company entities.
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience with SAGE Intacct or similar financial software is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of UK Tax laws; familiarity with global tax regulations is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a strong team player.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong business acumen with a proactive approach to financial process improvements.
