What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll support the Finance Manager in overseeing financial processes, including:

Coordinating the month-end close, ensuring reconciliations and control sign-off.
Assisting with group reporting and intercompany processes.
Preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
Assisting with tax functions and managing cost centres.
Improving financial controls and collaborating with the Genpact R2R team.
Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified or working towards qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks.
Ability to manage challenging stakeholders with influence and impact.
