Your Role:
- Own the Numbers: Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting with precision.
- Guide Decisions: Deliver sharp financial insights on margins, labour costs, material variances and production expenses.
- Shape Strategy: Provide actionable advice to the MD to steer business objectives.
- Drive Excellence: Strengthen internal controls and ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate: Work with all departments to boost efficiency and profitability.
- Lead Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in financial management or controlling, in a manufacturing or construction setting.
