About the Role:This Financial Controller role is crucial for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and compliance. You will manage a small finance team and take ownership of the business’s budget, forecasts, monthly management accounts, and internal financial controls. Working closely with senior leaders, your contribution will be essential in maintaining a strong and efficient finance function that supports the business’s growth trajectory including the structure and growth of the finance team.

We are seeking a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) who values work-life balance and wants a part-time, hands-on role. Strong business partnering skills and a drive to improve processes and compliance are essential.
