We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Financial Controller to join our client’s team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director, taking a key role in shaping the company’s financial success and supporting its growth.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Delivering in-depth financial analyses to guide strategic decisions.
- Producing comprehensive management reports, covering areas such as margin analysis, labour costs, material variances and production expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining robust internal controls.
- Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Collaborating across departments to enhance efficiency and drive profitability.
- Providing strategic advice and insights to the Managing Director to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA qualification is advantageous).
- Has 3-5 years of experience in financial management or controlling.
- Possesses excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Communicates effectively and can simplify complex financial data.
- Is proactive, ambitious and eager to grow with the company.
