We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Financial Controller to join our client’s team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director, taking a key role in shaping the company’s financial success and supporting its growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Delivering in-depth financial analyses to guide strategic decisions.
  • Producing comprehensive management reports, covering areas such as margin analysis, labour costs, material variances and production expenses.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborating across departments to enhance efficiency and drive profitability.
  • Providing strategic advice and insights to the Managing Director to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA qualification is advantageous).
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in financial management or controlling.
  • Possesses excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Communicates effectively and can simplify complex financial data.
  • Is proactive, ambitious and eager to grow with the company.
