Offering a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 and hybrid working (one day a week from home), this role is perfect for a finance professional ready to make a real impact.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial health and strategy of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing the full profit and loss account.
- Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
- Developing detailed financial forecasts and digital projections.
- Driving effective cashflow management across the organisation.
- Collaborating with Operations to ensure precise stock reporting.
- Partnering with Data and Technology teams to produce a comprehensive Management Pack, including key digital performance indicators (KPIs).
- Presenting financial insights confidently to investors and stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- CIMA, ACA, ACCA or MAAT qualification (or part-qualified status).
- Proven experience managing profit and loss and delivering hands-on financial management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
