Your Responsibilities

As Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial health and strategy of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and managing the full profit and loss account.
  • Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Developing detailed financial forecasts and digital projections.
  • Driving effective cashflow management across the organisation.
  • Collaborating with Operations to ensure precise stock reporting.
  • Partnering with Data and Technology teams to produce a comprehensive Management Pack, including key digital performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Presenting financial insights confidently to investors and stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • CIMA, ACA, ACCA  or MAAT qualification (or part-qualified status).
  • Proven experience managing profit and loss and delivering hands-on financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
