Financial Controller – NottinghamA well-established and growing services business in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee its financial functions, responsible for a small finance team. As their Financial Controller, you will take a strategic role in managing financial operations across the business. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing revenue, cost control, and working capital cycles.
  • Delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Leading the finance team and ensuring consistency in financial operations.
  • Overseeing tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Aligning financial processes across the organisation post acquisitions.
  • Contributing to Group-level projects and strategic initiatives.

What are we looking for?
