Group Financial Controller | Nottingham | Offering between £80,000 to £85,000 + Bonus + Share Options + Benefits
Exciting Group Financial Controller opportunity in a business with the size and scale that allows for future progression and growth, but in an SME. There will be plenty of autonomy and opportunities to add value. The business has a really interesting product in the green energy/renewables sector that is only going in one direction!
You'll be leading an established team of 4, partnering with a successful senior leadership team on a growth journey after investment. You'll get the opportunity to get involved with a number of key change management projects such as integrations post-acquisition, re-structuring, system upgrades & implementation and much more.
In a nutshell, the mission of this role is to lead and manage Finance inputs into the evolving and increasing complexity of products, technology infrastructure, and expansion in the overseas market.
They operate a very flexible environment (hybrid and flexible hours), although based in Nottingham they are hybrid (3 days in the office). Very much an adult working environment where you'll be trusted to manage your own diary.
Plenty of opportunity to progress as well, there's a clear succession plan to Finance Director.
Your Experience...
- Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA ideally in an SME or group of businesses
- Exposure to project accounting/change management programs - new systems & processes etc
