SF are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant based in Sandiacre on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant role for someone who is looking to develop and progress further with study support (Also an option for day release). Must have some experience in Month - End and assisting with preparing Management Accounts. Don't need experience in Payroll. Salary up to £40,000 Study support Full office based - Sandiacre Hours - 9am - 4pm Mon to Thurs, 9am - 3pm Fri. Option to work 4 days a week (Flexibility or if you want study day release) Job duties: Month end Accruals / Prepayments Manage fixed asset register including depreciation and annual audit Support production of Esprit France accounts Machine sale invoicing / Control of Customer Deposits Updating the Machine Order book and sharing with Senior Management Outside of Month End Annual update of prices on French accounting system Raising stage invoices for machine sales, and chasing for payment when due Attending the weekly production meeting Supporting queries on annual audit Managing payments of Ad-hoc nonstandard AP nature (HMRC, VAT, Interco, Euro Suppliers) Creating Delivery paperwork / commercial invoices for machine sales Willing to provide SME holiday cover to other 3 team members Monthly reconciliation of Service and Software customer contracts Payroll / HR Supporting Head OF Finance with monthly payroll process Setting up employees on Datafile Being #2 contact with managing HR Partner platform Projects / Other Supporting Head OF Finance with process improvement projects Supporting queries from AP / AR team members The ideal candidate will have the following: AAT and looking to study further CIMA/ACCA Team player Ambitious Willing to help out the rest of the team
