- Management Accounts Preparation:Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts for the business, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:Support in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, assisting in the analysis of variances and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Reporting:Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
- Variance Analysis:Conduct detailed variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual figures, helping management to understand key drivers and make informed decisions.
- Account Reconciliations:Perform reconciliations of key accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Support:Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to other departments as required.
- Part qualified / newly qualified
- A strong understanding of management accounts with knowledge of financial accounts too
- Strong computer skills - knowledge of excel is essential
