Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking an interim finance professional to support their team during a recruitment process.
The role requires full-time hours of 40 per week and offers a salary of £40,000.
Key responsibilities include producing monthly management accounts, maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, and handling month-end journals and reconciliations.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Zero and Excel.
High attention to detail is essential, and the role also involves managing finance assistants and assisting with the annual audit.

Our long standing client is looking for someone to join their team on an interim basis to support whilst they recruit permanently.

Hours: full time - 40 hours
Salary £40,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register and post depreciation
- Month end journals, accruals and prepayments
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- UK -VAT reporting
- Multi currency bank payments, postings and reconciliations
- Manage the two finance assistants in our busy finance team and provide holiday cover
- Help with debt collection where necessary
- Involved in the annual audit

Knowledge of Zero and strong Excel are a must, as well as high attention to detail.
