The Role:
This is a hands-on role where you'll be working closely with finance and operational teams to ensure the business runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Analysing variances, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Overseeing product costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and stock valuation.
- Partnering with operational teams to improve cost efficiencies.
- Driving process improvements and ensuring financial controls.
What We’re Looking For:
- Part or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in management accounts.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is a preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commercial outlook.
