As a Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and their families, delivering bespoke tax solutions. Working closely with directors and partners, you will manage complex compliance and advisory projects, including succession planning, restructuring, and tax computations.

You’ll play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, identifying risks, and uncovering business development opportunities. This role also involves supervising, mentoring, and supporting less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About You/Job RequirementsCTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent).Proven experience advising high-net-worth individuals and managing complex tax portfolios.Strong technical knowledge in private client and trust compliance and advisory work.Ability to lead projects and supervise junior colleagues effectively.Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
