Description

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this position leads day-to-day commercial financial management of the EMEA business, producing insightful financial reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting. As a trusted business partner, this role will collaborate with business leadership and their teams, provide analysis to guide decision-making, communicate timely financial performance, highlight opportunities, and support data-driven strategy development.

  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand operating models, market dynamics, and strategic objectives, contributing effectively to business strategy.
  • Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis across P&L, project profitability, and R&D, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess growth opportunities, optimise business plans, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee sales commission programs and ensure accurate costing of new business opportunities in collaboration with commercial and sales teams.
  • Lead financial processes, including results reporting, risk identification, and opportunity analysis, delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.
  • Work with Data Analytics to track key KPIs, develop new success metrics, and support strategic planning and performance optimisation.

Profile

* Big 4 experience is highly desirable and would be a considerable advantage.

* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with substantial experience in commercial finance or a related field.

* Strong commercial awareness.

Job Offer

c.£70k - £80k per annum basic salary
