Senior Management Accountant – Eastwood - £45,000- £52,000Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing, family-owned business who are looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant to join their team. This newly established role is the perfect development opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth and success.The Senior Management Accountant will provide a high quality, end to end financial and management reporting service to the senior management team. As the Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Preparation of the monthly management accounts, including analysis and interpretation of business performance.
Provide timely and accurate financial information, analysis, and insights to guide decision making and inform the forecasting and budgeting processes.
Work with the Head of Finance to develop the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of financial reports and management information
Produce project/operational cash flow forecasts and support credit control routines related to major projects.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement effective solutions.

Skills & Experience you require:

Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
Strong excel skills, comfortable working with large sets of data.
Continuous improvement mindset, willing to innovate and improve practices
Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and understand / interpret information
Strong systems skills and experience in working with Microsoft Office tools.
