Key Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices, receipts, and statements
  • Manage credit control and petty cash
  • Fortnightly payment runs
  • Raise invoices
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Monitor income, expenditure, budgets, and forecasts
  • Act as the first point of contact for financial queries
  • Sales & Purchase Ledger

Experience Required:


  • Previous experience within accounting / billing
  • Handling fortnightly payment runs
  • Experience within Sales & Purchase Ledger
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and an ability to plan, prioritise and adapt
  • Excellent IT, especially strong Excel skills
  • Experience using Sage or Xero software
