FINANCE ASSISTANT UP TO £25,000 FULL TIME, PERMANENT NOTTINGHAM CITY CENTRE, NG1 The SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Finance Assistant for a market leading business in the Nottingham City Centre. As the Accounts Assistant your duties will include but not be restricted to the following: - Daily bank reconciliation within accounting system and allocating cash received. - Month end bank reconciliations. - Processing purchase invoices. - Processing Sub contractor staffing invoices. - Preparing weekly payment run. - Running daily cheque payment lists and preparing banking summaries - Reconcile monthly company credit card statements and post journals to the accounting system - Monthly depreciation calculations - Reconcile monthly credit card statements You must be a strong team player and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. As the Accounts Assistant you must have good communication skills and be able to identify and implement improvements. To do the above, relevant accounts experience is essential as is at least intermediate skill with Microsoft Excel and Word. My client is based on the Nottingham city centre and are a market leader within their field. My client offer study support packages and superb career progression.
