Our client is a well-established company based in NG15, they are seeking aFinance Assistantwho will play a key role in maintaining financial operations. You will support the senior management team in Accounts and Financial Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, receipts, and statements
- Manage credit control and petty cash
- Fortnightly payment runs
- Raise invoices
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Monitor income, expenditure, budgets, and forecasts
- Act as the first point of contact for financial queries
- Sales & Purchase Ledger
Experience Required:
- Previous experience within accounting / billing
- Handling fortnightly payment runs
- Experience within Sales & Purchase Ledger
- Good organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and an ability to plan, prioritise and adapt
- Excellent IT, especially strong Excel skills
- Experience using Sage or Xero software
