Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices
Gaining authorisation on invoices
Organising payment runs
Allocating payments on supplier accounts
Reconciliations
Generating remittances
General administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
Previous experiencein purchase ledger or general accounts
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
Good communication skills at all levels
Team player
Able to organise own workload
