My client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative services to healthcare and other administration employees. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations offering support both internally and externally.
Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the primary admin support resource for internal and external customers.
- Manage telephone, fax, and e-mail queries from third parties.
- Maintain customer files in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Ensure accurate dispatching of information
- Perform data entry tasks
- Handle general office administration duties, including documenting invoices, updating spreadsheets, and filing.
- IT literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and handle emails effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in relation to office administration duties.
- Strong organisational skills and filing experience.
