Reed is delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a leading Nottingham-based fresh produce importer. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our team due to our continued expansion. This role is based in our modern office in Annesley, Nottingham, and offers a great opportunity to develop a career in the fresh produce industry.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Perform general office administration tasks including answering calls and managing email correspondence.
  • Assist with finance administration tasks.
  • Serve as an Assistant/PA to the Managing Director.
  • Upload and maintain data on the computer system, including running reports.
  • Facilitate daily communication between Moroccan team and customers, ensuring seamless interaction.
  • Reconcile stock held in their packhouse in Essex on a daily basis.
  • Produce weekly KPI reports for the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and organise effectively.
  • Numerate with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general IT skills.
  • Precise and accurate with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Collaborative team worker.
  • Knowledge of French or Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
