Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Early finish on Fridays at 4:00 pm

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our client in the NG8 area. This role is integral to supporting their commercial operations, ensuring smooth processes and assisting various departments in managing administrative functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the commercial team, including document preparation, data entry and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in internal systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients, addressing enquiries and forwarding relevant information.
  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate project timelines and deadlines.
  • Support with invoicing, purchase orders and other financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Organise, manage and archive important commercial documents in line with company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or commercial support role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems.
