We are seeking a motivated and organised Entry-Level Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration. You will be provided with comprehensive training and have the chance to develop your skills within a friendly and supportive team. With emphasis on internal progression, this role offers plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails and managing calendars.
  • Assist with data entry, filing and maintaining records.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents.
  • Help organise meetings, appointments and company events.
  • Assist with customer enquiries and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Learn and master internal systems and processes to support various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
