Office Administrator/Receptionist | West Bridgford, Nottingham | 25+ Hours Per Week | £12 - £17 per hour

A fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join an established West Bridgford based accountancy firm as an Office Administrator and be ‘Front of House’ as Receptionist and Client Liaison Officer.

This is a challenging and rewarding role, drawing on and further developing team working, organisation skills and customer service skills.

Our client is looking for a vibrant admin candidate with current experience within a professional environment.

  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy with great administration skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Interpersonal skills to include excellent written and verbal communication

  • Hard working with a  ‘can do’ positive attitude
  • IT literate, with the confidence to learn new systems quickly and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

What will your role look like?

  • General admin, including filing, data inputting and information gathering
  • Utilising spreadsheets and databases to record information
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members; in person and by telephone, letter and email
  • Consistently provide a quality customer experience to clients
  • Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the firms’ brand
  • Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Recognise and escalate potential problems
  • Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients could be improved
