Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday Friday, 8:30 am 4:50 pm

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

Salary: Grade F - £30,296 - £33,024 per annum

About the Role

As a Project Liaison officer (PLO), you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient tenant liaison point of contact for customers and to provide an appropriate coordinating role within the Support Services section of our Asset Management team.

You will liaise with customers on investment plans for all projects providing them with guidance, including attendance at Constructor Partner monthly surgeries, open days, and other relevant corporate events. As a PLO you will investigate and pursue customer enquiries on a variety of issues to resolve customer problems including interviewing relevant parties effectively and efficiently and report findings in written and verbal form to the Project Manager as well as providing management with statistical information and reports.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven ability to work in a pressurised environment under own initiative

2. Experience of developing services to achieve and maintain top quality performance in service delivery, within a value for money framework

3. Knowledge and experience of using IT as an analytical tool

4. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

5. Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels

6.Able to develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner
